Be Part of Something Beautiful This Lent

Have you ever stepped into the church during Advent and felt a sense of awe at the beauty surrounding you? That transformation doesn’t just happen—it’s a labor of love, prayer, and dedication by the Art and Environment Commission.

As we enter the sacred season of Lent, we have a new opportunity to prepare our hearts and our space for the journey toward Easter. This is more than just decorating—it’s a ministry of beauty, reverence, and devotion. Through color, texture, and sacred symbolism, we create an atmosphere that draws hearts closer to God.

Would you like to be part of this incredible mission? Whether you have an artistic eye or simply a willing heart, your hands can help bring our worship space to life. This is your invitation to serve.

If you feel called to help with Lenten preparations, Mary Kelley would love to hear from you! Reach out to her at mmsbkelley@aol.com and be part of something truly meaningful.

Let’s make this season one of deep reflection, powerful transformation, and breathtaking beauty—together.

Sacred Listening: A Lenten & Easter Journey

This Lent and Easter season, we invite you to be part of a transformative initiative—Sacred Listening. Through one-on-one conversations, we will come together to share, listen, and strengthen our parishes and communities.

 How You Can Get Involved:

  •  Commit to a Listening Conversation – Share your story and hear others’ experiences after our Public  Commissioning on March 1-2.
  •  Become a Listening Team Leader – Help guide and facilitate these meaningful discussions.

Why does this matter? As a Church, we are called to stand with the most vulnerable. By truly listening, we deepen our commitment to Catholic Social Teaching and take steps toward meaningful action in our community.

Join us as we open our hearts, listen deeply, and walk together in faith. Take our short survey to help shape these conversations.
